BUILD THE CHURCH.
REACH THE CITY.
We believe God is calling Thrive Stockton to establish deeper roots in our city and build a lasting home for future generations. Together, we are building a place where lives are restored, families thrive, and the hope of Jesus transforms our city.
God has placed us in the heart of the city.
Stockton is a special city, and we’re proud to call it home. It’s a city filled with beauty and brokenness, resilience and possibility. It’s rich in diversity, shaped by hardworking families, and full of people whose stories are still being written. We believe Stockton’s greatest days are still ahead.
Thrive Church gets to be part of that story. As our city grows and changes, we want to grow alongside it, helping people encounter Jesus, find community, and discover purpose. We’re believing for God’s renewal to reach every neighborhood, every family, and every generation as we build the church, reach the city, and reflect the hope of Jesus in the city we love.
Ways to get involved
1. Join the Build Team
Joining the Build Team means lending your hands, skills, and time to turn this physical building into a place where lives will be forever changed by Jesus. We’re looking for volunteers and professionals to help construct and finish key areas:
Construction & Framing: Constructing classrooms, offices, the stage, restrooms, and Thrive Kids spaces.
Interior Finishing & Trades: Plumbing, drywall taping and mudding, painting, tile work, and audio/visual lighting setup.
Site Preparation & Support: Clearing debris, maintaining workspace safety, and assisting with general site cleanup.
Prayer Commitment: Regularly covering the building site, volunteer workers, city leaders, and future congregation in prayer.
2. Give to the Vision
Giving to the Building Fund is an opportunity to invest in what God is doing through Thrive Church in Stockton. Your financial support directly funds the construction and resources needed to create a permanent home for our church community. As we give with faithful hearts, we look forward to seeing lives transformed, families strengthened, and God's hope shared across our city for years to come.
Online Giving: One-time or recurring gifts directed to the "Building Fund".
Asset & Legacy Gifts: Donating stocks, property, or legacy funds.
